regarding her computer issues on 03 Aug 2016. We have rectified her computer issue and we have installed [redacted] Internet Security in her computer from our side for better protection. [redacted] activation code installed on her computer is [redacted] and it is valid for one year. After this first interaction she came to us 3 times for different issue on her computer on 12 Sep 2016, 12 Nov 2016 and 13 Dec 2016. We have provided her solution of all the issues. After these events she somehow came in contact with some third party company and they have misguided her that the computer is still infected and advised her to complaint about this in Revdex.com. She lodged the complaint to Revdex.com on 21 Dec 2016. Because of customer’s dissatisfaction we tried her refunding $249.99 from our end. Our system didn’t allow us to process this refund because transaction was more than 120 days old. Then we rang our bank on 10 Jan 2017 and asked them to process a manual refund of $249.99 to this customer. Bank has processed this refund and provided us the reference number # [redacted]. Customer should get this refund in her credit card account in 5-6 business days as per bank. Please check with customer she must have got her money refunded by now. By refunding her full amount we assume this case has been closed form our side.
