PC Repair n service

These people convinced my parents they were from [redacted] and got them to give them control of their PC to "fix" the problems. Then they tried to get them to pay $150 to $300 for their "service". I quickly Googled their phone number and found many scam reports, so when they called back to collect the fee we told them there was no way we would pay them for scamming us. They said if we did not pay we would never be able to use the computer again. After yelling at us on the phone and demanding the payment we hung up. Then, still controlling my parents' computer, they used their internet browser to go to a [redacted] site. Disgusting! We have reported them to Revdex.com and to the Internet Crime division of the [redacted]. Don't even talk to them, just hang up and block their number.

This company claims to be a Microsoft company. They are not. They try to convince you that they are trying to fix your microsoft computer because someone is trying to hack into it.
I don't even have a Windows computer. They simply hang up when you question them.
