Thank You! *** *When the owner of the business, came in, he opened the *** *** *** laptop computer which was to years oldWe were shocked at the dirt and lint in the laptopThe lint in it actually was so thick it stood upWe did not receive any software in the mail12/19/at 9:34AM *** *** called and said that there is an option on the computer that says “Reinstall Windows 7”She wants us to reinstall Windows She was unable to find Windows software to mail to us1/3/at 2:26PM *** *** calledShe said she will be in town on Thursday and wanted to know if computer was readyShe was told we would find outShe said that was fineShe will be back in town next weekI ask the owner and he said he was going to work on it that weekendThe weekend of January 7th and 8th, 2017, *** *** called the owner of the business at home and was very rude with him using profanities and accusing him of ruining his computer11/10/at 9:51AM *** *** was called and told to tell her that her husband had been very rude when he spoke to my employer over the weekendShe was told her that the owner told your husband that when he downloaded Windows it wiped out the informationThere was no information on the laptop to back upThe owner tried to restore Windows as you ask him to do and it asked for a serial # which you did not have*** *** was then told that due to the hostility of your husband, we are offering you a laptop in good working condition for $50.00, but you will have to install your own software*** *** said she scolded her husband for speaking to the owner like he did and that she would tell her husband what she was told*We had discovered that when you illegally download Windows 10, one of the things that can happen is that the sound stops working. The owner of the company was willing to supply him with a nice laptop in good working condition for $to solve the problemJanuary 17, *** *** came by and picked the laptop computer upShe was told by the owner’s wife that her husband was offering them a laptop in good working condition for $50, but they would have to install their own software***l said her husband did not want itShe said that his parents were buying him a new oneJanuary 18, at 11:*** *** called and was very rudeHe accused us of deleting information from his computerHe accused us of ruining a working computerHe was told that the owner believed that h had illegally downloaded Windows and in doing so, it deleted the information. He was told that his was told when she picked up the laptop that we were offering you a laptop in good working condition for $but you would have to install your own softwareShe refused the offer and said that her husband’s parents were buying him a new oneHe started using profanities and he was told that the conversation was over and the phone call was endedSOLUTION: We are offering to give *** *** a laptop in good working condition free of charge, but they will have to put their own software on it
