[redacted], Inc. started a renovation to an existing outdoor kitchen @ our residence the first week of February, 2014. We have paid $9250 to date and have gotten $3550 worth of work done. The granite which we put a deposit on has never been delivered or installed. After multiple phone calls to this contractor with a promise the work would be done for a party on 3/14/14 - we were disappointed. A call was not answered and finally 2 weeks ago we called and received a text that the contractor would call the next day and give us a date for completion. We were not called again!!!!!!!!!! We feel based on the itemized contract we are owed $5700. Thanks for any help - we are seniors on a fixed income. This is a problem.
