P.C. Health Stop, Inc.

I purchased a one year computer repair plan. Halfway through the contract the business closed the Burlington location which is where I entered into the contract with PC Healthstop.

They have an additional location in Framingham, but that is very inconvenient to me. I never would have paid for the service plan had I known I would be expected to travel so far to drop the computer off

and then return another day to pick it up.

I spoke with a representative of PC Healthstop who told me that they did not need to issue me a refund because "businesses close all the time". The person was rude and did not care at all about the fact that I can not

get to their other location to have my computer serviced. I feel that they took the money for the service contract and are unable to hold up their end of the contract.

I was never notified that they were moving locations until after they had already closed the Burlington shop, leaving me no time to bring my computer in.

I am extremely unhappy that having been a loyal customer for years they would treat me this way.
