[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I feel that although the labor may be limited to one year, the installation work that was actually provided should last at least years It was within the first five years that I have had to make repairs to items such as the water heater, plumbing for bath tubs and plumbing for the drainage of a sump pump that should not have gone bad In each of these cases, it appears that in an incorrect piece was used for the parts which caused the repair to be necessary Had the correct work and parts been used initially, then I would not be in the situation that I am now These are only several of the items found Smaller projects I have had a handy man repair Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:
I wish to see all building code requirements where an inspector signed off on all of my plumbing work (my complaints specifically) and that these were installed correctly per an inspector

I am rejecting this response because:
I feel that although the labor may be limited to one year, the installation work that was actually provided should last at least 5 years. It was within the first five years that I have had to make repairs to items such as the water heater, plumbing for bath tubs and plumbing for the drainage of a sump pump that should not have gone bad. In each of these cases, it appears that in an incorrect piece was used for the parts which caused the repair to be necessary.
