Review: In October of 2013 I purchased a 2-person sauna from PC Fetch via E-Bay. I read that the product came with a 1 year limited warranty. Upon delivery I found heavy marring in the finish of the exterior and called PC Fetch and spoke with an employee named [redacted]. He assured me they was send me some "touch-up" stain to cover said mars. I assembled the unit and upon using it the first time the floor broke. I took photo's of the floor and sent them to Wes via email. He said he would file a "Damaged product report" with the carrier. I told him this was not due to the carrier and that it was in the manufacturing. He said he needed to file a claim so he could get his money back on shipping and replacing a replacement floor. He said " I don't make much money off of these sauna's so I can't really afford to pay shipping on a new floor".
I waited 2 weeks and called him. He said both the stain and floor would arrive soon and if I could give him a business address instead of a residential that would save him some money. I provided a friends business address and Wes assured me I would have the said products in 10 days or less.
After 2 weeks I called again and he said he was having problems with the manufacturer. He asked for more time. I filed a complaint with E-Bay but by now the initial "30 days from purchase" warranty from them had expired. I tried calling Wes back but got voice mail with no return calls.
In January the CD player went out.Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement floor panel and new CD player along with the promised "touch-up" stain or a partial refund.
Review: I bought an item through ebay.com from this company ($799), I received the item damaged and broken, I immediately contacted the seller, they offered several choices but I told them I wanted my money back and kindly requested from them to pay the shipping back since it was not my fault , they agreed to it ( I have ALL the email sent from them to me) this was since 10/15, they have asked for time and more time and it looks they stopped the communication because they feel the time is over but I have been waiting for them and it is written, I think they have to honor what they told me.Desired Settlement: I want to return the item to them and my money back.
Review: I purchased a generator from pcfetch in August 2012 which had a 1 year warranty. It quit working after 3 months. I contacted pcfetch in January 2013 requesting warranty repair. 5 months later I still have a broken generator and only talk of repair. I need a working generator.Desired Settlement: If it's this hard to get repair from this seller and this manufacturer, I would rather have my purchase price refunded to buy a quality product from a quality seller. I have zero confidence this seller's ability to deliver promised service after the sale.
