Your refund for the purchase of our service was process on February 2 for 39.94  We do not show a charge for 250.00. Who did you  spend a payment to for 250.00? [redacted]

cusomter has been contacted by Up Click , who is the support company that charged them the $129.00  We have refunded our part of the service which was $ 49.91

Our records show that you were charged on January 17, 2018 for the first month of our monthly service.  You were again charged on February 17, 2018 for the next month.   We do not show 4 charges. Let us know if we can help further. [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:I have not been able to respond to any emails, because this is the first I got saying if actions are going no actions are going to be taken. They said I was going to get a refund and that never happened!
