I purchased a new computer with the intent that all the info from the old one would be transferred to the new one. At first everything went well but after a couple of trips all the help stopped.
They would not even respond to a phone call. Needed the get help from others.
The product was good but service terrible.
I paid several hundred dollars for a computer to be upgraded and it didn't work so they promised to replace it and have NOT.
They missed the of 5 January and I waited at the store 2 hours. They were told to have it ready 10 January and have not responded. The nice used replacement is NOT being ready at the shop.
Have the nice used working replacement laptop ready Wednesday at 2pm.
enclosed is settlement of dispute with client.
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
It is amazing how fast they offered a solution after I registered a complaint. I will never do business with PC Doctor of Bellevue again.
