PC Confusion Solution

[redacted] cleaned up my pc and installed necessary programs to prevent future malware. I was amazed at how knowledgeable she was with everything concerning the computer. Also, her personality was terrific! she made me feel so welcome and comfortable. She is completely down to earth. I felt like I was visiting an old friend who was fixing up my pc for me.
