Review: When I called MSN for some reason I got a tech.He said he can fix the problem with my computer. He said it would cost $299.99 for a year of unlimited help. That was on 9-11-2013. Than received a phone call from them and I told them I still have a problem. On 11-13-2013 they said it would cost $83.99 for software they were installing on my computer to fix this. I called MSN and they said this company has nothing to do with MSN. MSN would have fixed the problem for nothing because I have an account with them. I have been calling them, so many times to no responce. Also sent them an e-mail.I am 65 years old and disabled. Blind. I feel I was given wrong advice and again the way they talked to me I thought they were working for MSN. I am distraught and overwhelmed, and disappointed. I read their refund policy but no one ever got back to me. This was a lot of money they got from me. Especially when I am on a fixed income. I use my computer all the time because I am restricted in going to places. I do not drive because of my vision. Please, please help me. Also, I have a refrence number, [redacted] M.
