Review: I contacted them on the 5th feb 2015 just with some questions about whether the website was in Australian dollars and if the mobile devices would work on the Vodafone network in Australia.They came back with no problems so I placed an order with my credit card.They emailed me saying my credit card would not work the reason being it could have been the international transaction.I deposited the money into their Australia bank account and sent them the receipt.They received the payment and frank said and my order would be posted.I few days past and I had not received any postal tracking so I contacted them.The head of sales (Dr [redacted]) email me they had an issue and customs and they only way to complete my order was to buy another 3 units and to send them more moneyI said no and asked for a full refund.Dr [redacted] came back and said due to a certain reason the money could not be refunded.I copied their refund policy which is on the website and sent it to him. (Since then they have taken their refund policy down) I still have screen print of it.I have sent them another emailed saying how disgusted I am at the level of service but have not heard back.I have called them and left messages but no one has returned my call.Stay away from this website they are scammers!!!!!They do not honour their refund policy. I never received my 2 x mobile phones worth $1200Desired Settlement: I want my items or a full refund
