I do recall that on December 5th, [redacted] came in for a perm. I gave her a perm of which she seemed very satisfied with the results. I informed her, as I inform all of my customers to call me if any problems occur and that she would need a hair cut in six to eight weeks to receive a perm. On...

January 23rd seven weeks after the perm, she called me to inform me of what was happening with her hair. She explained about her hair, all I thought she needed was hair cut, customers normally need a hair cut 6-8 weeks after a perm to retrieve curl. She never explained that she wanted a full refund. I do apologize to [redacted] for not trying to communicate on what she wanted done about the situation. I understand her dilemma and I wish to rectify the situation by refunding her the 60.00 for the perm. Sincerely, [redacted]
