Paz Mar Apartments

Review: I leased a loft with contract stating, washer/dryer provided in unit. I have not been able to use the washer dryer as it has not worked since I moved in. Maintenance came to the loft and said, "none of them work correctly, the company who makes the unit is out of business. We have a list of people waiting for new that will never arrive. We piece together with parts known to be working from other units. Its terminal and never will be ok"I rented this place for this and a few other ammeneties. They want the rent that is due now. I asked for a discount for last month and this month as well as any months ahead that the washer/dryer unit is not working. $75 per month. I have not heard back from the Paz Mar lawyersDesired Settlement: I would like Revdex.com to address the selling a product that they can not deliver

Review: The elevator in building 3020 has been out of commission for 7 weeks. Not only is this a city building code compliance issue but it is a direct violation of the American with Disabilities Act. I have repeatedly reported the elevator outage to [redacted]'s main office & the standard response I get is that it is being repaired. Again, it has been 7 weeks that the elevator has not been working. This is a gross oversight on the employees of [redacted], the manager of [redacted], & the company who owns [redacted] Apartments.Desired Settlement: The elevator should be repaired immediately.
