04/27/2020 contract was made to provide merchant services with Paysafe address being PO Box *** TX XXXXX and number being XXX-XXX-XXXX. ***@paysafe.com was aware that machine was not working from day one. Someone was suppose to call, but no one did. I tried cancelling contract 7/9/2020 and spoke to Shamar and requested contract to be cancelled, return authorization form sent by email, and refund given in full since no services were provided, machine was defective since day one, and no one helped. Shamar commented that he would send a cancellation form by email. It still has not arrived. He also mentioned that there was no manager available, but he would request a return authorization form as soon as one was available, but how he spoke it didn't seem promising. I am wondering if this isn't a company scamming small businesses. Surely, if a defective machine came in and services were not provided, that the contract would not be billed until services were provided. With receiving a defective machine, it is receiving an empty box and charging our company $155 a month for an empty box. Is this company a scam company? I know that no one fixed the situation. We want the machine returned to its company as per return authorization label given at their expense, not our company, contract cancelled, and refund given. If company is a scam company, then it needs reported.

The merchant number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. We were charged $5.00 for *** Tokenization and *** Fee. Card Processing Statement dated 06/01/20 - 06/30/20 was in the amount of $154.85, which is the amount each month.

With sending a defective machine and never has worked since day one, it is like receiving an empty box and charging a bill of $155/month for having an empty box. First, cancel contract, never contact us again, provide a return authorization form for your defective merchandise, and refund full amount of services of $155/month for services that has never been provided. Company does not fix problems, sends defective merchandise, promises to provide services or send forms and doesn't -- I believe this may be a scam to small businesses.

I was charged a fee for early termination that I was never aware of. When I called to cancel services Greg never informed me of this.
I had my wife ***, to cancel services due to being charged too much versus the amount we were actually using the services. I couldn't justify the monthly fees compared to the credit cards we actually used or didn't use. And the fees were never the same regardless of using the service or not. She had tried for months and months to get them to stop service and would never get anyone to answer or return phone calls. Once she did finally talk with someone she shared her concerns with Greg and he said he understood and would be more than happy to cancel services. Now prior to this we had to actually do stop payment at the bank. When she was talking with Greg he never once disclosed that the next step would be to talk $495 out of our account. My wife then today talked with someone of very broken English to explain that the fee was for early termination and it was stated on a contract. We were told by the sales rep that it would be month to month and the paperwork forwarded to us via email was just customary documents and there wouldn't be an early termination fee. My wife asked the man today if there was anything that we could do to get any or all money back considering we hadn't used services but a few times and still a new client. He looked over the monthly fees and checked things out and said unfortunately there wasn't anything he could do other than start our services back up, give us the $495 and an additional $90 for the 3 months we have been without service and finish out contract of two years. My wife told him that if we did that then he would have to guarantee that our monthly fees would be the same each month unless we actually ran a credit card, because the monthly fees were NEVER the same each month. The sales rep in the beginning said it would be $19.95 a month. The rep today said that he couldn't do that due to us having to be charged all the misc fees. Now, it seems to me that if you can give me all my money back and an additional $90 then you should be able to give me $495 and cancel services without anything further. They can go their way and we can go ours.

I'm looking for refund of $495 and for the business to be reprimanded for not verbally disclosing all the information. After looking at all the reviews, I see that my business hasn't been the only one mislead. I feel that falls under leading by false pretenses.

Company charged additional $199 for each account, agreed to refund, but they now are ignoring us and have not refunded our money in over 6 weeks

We cancel our two credit card prepossessing accounts on 2019.
On April 29/2020 they charge our bank $199.00 for each account #(Total $398.00)
We call many times to make the claim. After 68 minutes on the line after being transfer 6 times, they agree to make the refund in 6 days.

Was intending to start service with them never ran initial test payment still was charge for service even though my account was never completed
So I was in hopes to save money on card processing system. I went through the process of setting up my account with them. As I did this They said they need to set up their account completely they need to run a test payment I never had a chance to actually set up that test payment with the company. Therefore my account was not complete enable to run payments. They still charge me for the month of service even though my account was never fully complete. They do not wanna work with me on a refund so that is why I am here now finally complete for a service that I am not actually being provided that they are charging for

After 3 years they suddenly began withholding random deposits in random amounts from our cc transaction did not notify is. Has no answer as to why.
Never had an issue or disruption with Paysafe. Starting 3/16, then again 3/17, 4/1, and 4/2... they have withheld random amounts from our batch deposits. No notification. Just started taking our money. My clients paid. Services are being rendered. I am not being paid in full by paysafe. 6 hours on hold. Every agent on the phone sees something a little different and cannot explain what is happening or why. Just that my batches are having reserves held. Now at $1,340 and counting. I need them to finish their job and process the remainder of my deposits to my bank.

Good day,
The merchant signed up for a 36 month processing agreement and 48 month non-cancelable lease for $129.00 a month on 12/11/2019. The merchant then completed a verbal verification call confirming the primary processing terms and the 48 month non-cancelable lease. The merchant also used the equipment for processing in January of 2020. I will accept the Revdex.com complaint as the cancellation request for the merchant processing agreement, an cancellation request confirmation has been sent to the merchant. They have 10 days to reply or the merchant processing account will be closed and the early termination fee of $495.00 will be assessed to the account. The merchant equipment lease will remain in effect for the full term.

Merchant credit card processor will not update my bank account and release my funds from my processed credit card transactions.
for 19yrs. I've been with Paysafe/I-Payment since 2011.From July to Oct 2019 over $31,000 in merchant deposits were stolen from my account. The fraudulent person provided a alternate checking account number for deposits and impersonated himself as the business owner. Paysafe failed to compare the fraud person's new bank account information to the business owners information. Paysafe obviously has no security measures in place for these circumstances. I filed identity theft and made reports to all credit bureaus. Local law enforcement agencies. Paysafe then allowed this fraud person to open a additional merchant account number and process multiple transactions from other states under my business name. This was done after the fraud alert was supposedly placed on my account. I changed my bank account number and promptly provided the new information to paysafe. I was assured that my bank information would be updated. This was provided to paysafe in November of 2019. I called Paysafe in reference to the 31,000 refund last Wednesday and was informed they're holding my funds since my requested bank change. The CSR said she saw the letter I'd sent in November and she would make sure this was updated promptly. I called Friday to confirm this change was in effect. After holding over 1 hr they claimed they needed additional documentation from my bank. Paysafe never made me aware of any additional documents needed. When calling paysafe the hold times are literally over 1 hour. You're not assigned any particular person to your account so you're forced to explain your entire situation to a foreign CSR that places you on extensive holds repeatedly. I promptly within 20 min provided the bank letter to the CSR. He somehow disconnected the call. Never returned my call. I sent a email with the requested documents directly to him. Also sent a follow up email asking if he needed any additional information. He never responded. I called back because I felt like it had been sufficient time to see my deposits reverted to the new bank account. After being on the phone today over 1.5 hours I was informed that the provided bank letter needed a handwritten signature. Nothing was ever mentioned about this last call. Paysafe never made any attempt to contact me and request additional information. I provided the additional information. Paysafe is not capable of providing secure processing for merchants. The customer service is beyond lacking. Communication is horrible. So since the fraud was assigned to risk management in Oct I've been told weekly by the risk management team they were working on my reimbursement. I was told that the supervisor of risk management was working with law enforcement and would be in touch with me in reference to my refund. I've called weekly. Its obvious a business cannot survive without the sales deposits. I was finally told to contact the legal department via regular PO Box Mail. So since October I've been given the runaround and been stalled claiming my refund was getting reviewed by the supervisor of risk management. It's no concern to them that their merchant is a victim of identity theft due to their lack of verification security measures in place. I as a business owner am doing everything within my ability to keep afloat after the $31,000 theft not to mention the now over $14,000 in deposits they're holding and will not update my checking account and deposit my sales transactions. My call in history for the updated bank account information request alone is well 25 times. I'm assured every single call the information is being updated and it hasn't. So every credit card sale from my business is being held. What business can survive with this. Merchandise is leaving my store but I'm getting no reimbursement. Every supervisor I speak with assures me this is being updated. PaySafe has basically stolen these sales transactions and obviously doesn't plan to return them. What does it take to get someone to handle this request?

I want the credit card sales I've made at my business. I entrused my merchant processor PaySafe to process my store sales transactions. These sales should be deposited into my checking account. I want paysafe to acknowledge their error and return my funds that were stolen. And deposit my sales transactions from Dec 2019 to present which is over $14,099 this request was made to update my checking information in November. Isn't this beyond ridiculous.

Paysafe have been withdrawing funds from my acct since Sept, 2019. The acct was closed by me 10/19.
Paysafe has been withdrawing fees on a closed acct since 9/19. I closed the acct with them on 10/19 when I noticed they started withdrawing fees. I have been trying to recoup those fees, I had the bank print out what they have been doing. Today I wake up and they are trying to debit over $600.00, my acct is overdrawn and I can never speak to a person in authority. I Just keep getting a bunch of lies and different reference numbers. Please help me resolve this issue ASAP. Before I have to close my business account.

Merchant without authorization is taking funds directly out of my checking account without knowledge or the monies even being owed.
On January 9th 2020 I was shocked to see $453 withdrawn by this merchant from my checking account, I immediately called them and after the usual hold time of average 50 minutes I finally reached a agent, by the way I did this whilst in the presence of the bank manager at Woodforest as they are my bank.
They Informed myself and the bank manager that they were aware that this incident has occurred to multiple accounts and an investigation was being carried out, however NO timeline could be given to when the money would be returned back to my checking account, again please note this was a fault admitted on their end.
Well instead of hoping they would have the matter resolved and the money returned to my account I was once again shocked that they again took another $453 last night now equaling almost $900 that in my opinion is illegal or fraud.
They seem to not care that they have drained my account so now cannot make my regular bills and cannot give us a time frame to when they will return our money and when we said we wanted to close the account as for a lack of trust they warned us that we would be breaching our contract and a substantial penalty fee would be applied to the account.
This is not the only issue I have had with this company in the past but now by far is the worst. How can a company this size just clean out your account and claim its an error but not give you a time frame for the return of your money taken against your knowledge (theft) but also say they do not know when you will get it back and do it a second time? Then threaten you if you close your account so they "can't steal money out of your account" you will be hit with a penalty? What am I to tell my creditors that are legitimately owed that I cannot pay them now?
If however you make any errors with this merchant your apology is not accepted and you face penalties or sanctions but they can fraudulently clean out your account and you may get a simple sorry we are working on it, pathetic !!!

Paysafe is not depositing MY revenue into my account (5 months now), and they continue to charge me a noncompliance fee despite documented compliance.
I am writing to you about abusive and I allege illegal business practices with regard to PaySafe credit card processing. They set me up with two accounts, one for webisite credit card processing and the second for taking credit cards at point of purchase (account #s XXXX XXXXXXXXXXXX and #XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX). PaySafe is 1) NOT depositing my revenue into my account (since August 2019), 2) charging me a $107.85 monthly "non-compliance fee" despite me having written documentation from August 2019 stating I am compliant, 3) charging me an annual fee despite me signing up for a monthly program, 4) they hang up on me and/or don't call me back, 5) they will not let me talk to a supervisor, and 6) they continue to make me fill out additional forms I return within 24 hours, and nothing gets resolved. Instead, I wait on hold an average of 40 minutes before someone answers the phone and have spent over 15 hours on hold/calls with no resolution. Here are the dates, names, and ticket #s to date:

I want Revdex.com to require PaySafe to 1) deposit the revenue funds owed to me ($259.34) into my bank account, 2) refund me the $49.95 annual fee they charged me despite signing up for their pay-by-month plan, and 3) credit me all the monthly non-compliance charges they have charged me despit written documentation (attached) stating compliance ($107.85 x 5 months = $539.25)

They opened 2 accounts without proper authorization, charged our bank accounts for 3 months and now want to charge an early termination fee.
We had an account with them for credit card processing and in July, we were looking at changing our processor. We talked to a sales representative and we also filled out a form to get information on another type of processing machine. We didn't sign any kind of contract for either of them. In fact, when the contract came via docusign, I declined to sign the contract. The sales representative called me and asked why I declined and I explained that I didn't like the terms. After 3 months, I discovered that I was being charged fees from 2 unfamiliar account numbers. On July 2, I was charged $24.95 & $31.25, on Aug 1, I was charged $38.20 and Aug 2, I was charged $29.90. On Sept 3, I was charged $59.90 and $97.20. I was having a hard time with my original account with them also, due to them signing me up for free trial programs and then charging me for them after 30 days, even after I called to opt out of the program. This happened twice also. After all this, I decided to close my original account and change processors all together. I had to wait on hold for 2 hours to talk to customer relations in order to get the paperwork emailed to me for closing the account. I was not informed about any early termination fees and it wasn't in my original contract. So, imagine my surprise when I got a charge to my bank account for $495 for an early termination fee.

We would like the early termination fee waived so that it doesn't affect our business credit since we closed our account due to many unauthorized charges to our bank account from Paysafe. We no longer trust the company and their business practices.

The account was approved, the next day we ran test transactions, and the account was immediately closed. The risk department said items were "inconsistent" compared to the application. However, our URL was clearly disclosed to Gregory the sales agent at the time of the application.

Our funds are being held. We spoke to Shelby at customer service - Extension 6089 - who said they would get back to us. They did not get back to us.

Fraudulent credit card company. They sign up company's. They charge and disappear. They don't provide service.
We signed a deal to change credit card processors with this company. They charged us monthly fees and never set us up. It took several months to finally contact someone at the company. Customer service number will only ring for 4 hours and disconnect. We are requesting a full refund from this fraudulent credit card company.

on march 27th paysafe updated my credit card machine. after the update I have been unable to get them to deposit money in my bank account. on 4/1/19 I talked to customer service and the bypass group said they saw the deposits. it a week later and over 8hrs on hold they now say they have no record of my conversations with them on 4/1/19. today 4/8/19 they say they have no record of the transactions. I have batch close out statements for all days in question and have emailed them copies. I just keep being told 24-48hrs and they will get back with me. no one ever gets back.

Fraud-Account opened in our name and charged people unauthorized amounts-Paysafe hung-up when I stated I wanted to report as fraud and close account.
Our company has received multiple calls from from people in New York and California stating we charged them. We are an electrical contractor based in Portland, OR, we do not accept credit card payments and never worked with these people or charged them. I contacted our bank to follow up on these transactions and they were unable to locate them. On 4/8/19 I received a statement from Paysafe matching the charges the people were reporting to us. We NEVER opened an account with Paysafe. I called them immediately to report the fraud and close the account however the lady disconnected from me and I've been unable to reach anyone. I also sent them an email and haven't received a reply. Additionally I reported it to the IRS and put a fraud alert on our credit report.

Company has been holding all processed credits and refunds. This has been ongoing from November 2018 to February 2019. Then they closed our account.
November 26, 2018 through February 4 2019 Pay save has not deposited credits or refunds for our credit cards charged. They have closed our account and our holding our funds. I have been trying since February to get the funds released. I have talked to Mohammed XXX-XXX-XXXX, Patrice *** XXX-XXX-XXXX and Brenda XXX-XXX-XXXX. Patrice gave me a reference number XXXXXXXX. Mohammed said funds would be deposited almost a month ago. Brenda said today she is waiting for Gina from collections to release our money.
