Payroc found me! As a home based Travel agent they had no idea how much I needed there serviceMy current servers just stopped working, and no way to contact themFelt lost! Deal with customers all over the country, but no way to collect my service feesThat was before Jackie walked into my office She has held my hand setting up my account and processing the charges So thankful there are still companies out there that really have customer service

Our rep, Jackie [redacted] was extremely helpful in setting up our account and is always available for assistance with our devices

Payroc has been our Merchant Services Provider for over eight months nowCompared to our prior provider, Payroc has a simple portal to navigate through our account and also, a detailed chargeback portal that comes in handy on a daily basisWe have had multiple situations, which required immediate attention in regard to chargebacks and I will say that the attention and hard work put behind our requests are highly appreciatedOur account representative quickly responds and handles all our needs promptly and professionallyOur company respects the business relationship we have grown with Payroc and looking forward to continuing our business with them

We have been working with Payroc for over 2 years now and we cannot be happier with their service, customer relations, and support. Any time we have a question, somebody is always available to address the issue and determine a quick solution. Our direct contact, Jim [redacted], is always available to answer our phone calls and our emails. He is very knowledgeable in the credit card processing system and is quickly able to train us and address our questions/concerns.
