Payne Windows & Siding

I had windows put in by someone else and they were never insulated or wrapped. After coming across Payne Windows on the Revdex.com website I had put in a Quote request and with in a few hours he had called me and set up a time ASAP!!! He understood my frustration and was very polite and courteous!!! I highly recommend Payne Windows & Siding to ANYONE!!!!!

Do not use this company!!! We hired [redacted], the owner to come out and replace seven windows in our home in October we put half down at that time. A couple weeks later I got a notification that my family and I will be relocating to Germany in January 2017. I am in the Air Force so we don't have the choice, we move where the Air Force needs us. We contacted [redacted] and he said he could have the job complete the end of November. Long story short he couldn't meet the deadline he set for himself. We asked for our money back and he basically gave us the run around saying the company has it however he can't provide any invoice or receipts showing where our money is, he won't even give us the name of the company that has our money. He told us why should I give you the name of the company when you will be dealing with me. To this day we have not received a refund or an invoice showing where our money is, this has been the WORST experience EVER, do not use this company they get no stars from us. We will be filling a complaint here as well.
