Flooding on the ground has to do with the foundation level He does not have any rain gutters that would prevent the rain from falling directly off the roof and be redirected, avoiding his flooding issue
05.09.2018Although some of the shingles were dried out, the roof was not leaking and did not need to be replaced at the time The ONLY reason I agreed to replace it was because their representative told me there was an opening on the east side of the roof where rain water would enter, go down the wall and onto the floor of the garage The bottom line is that their representative lied to me when I was told that replacing the shingles would resolve the problem of the garage flooding during a heavy rain As far as the complaint that was filed with the ROC is concerned, they did come out and said their authority was limited to inspecting the roof and to make sure that the shingles were properly installed They said their authority does not allow them to process a complaint against Payne based on fraud and therefore they could not proceed any further It appears that the Revdex.com is not able to help resolve this matter either Therefore, should I not hear back from your office in the next days, I will have a formal complaint drawn up to file with the Consumer Fraud Division of the Arizona Attorney General's Office I want to draw attention to the way Payne does business to help prevent others, especially senior citizens, being taken advantage of by lies being told by their representatives and condoned by management in order to get the job whether or not it is needed at the time.Thank you for your assistance,Jeff ***
Mr*** roof was in poor condition and in need of replacement. We did exactly what was contracted and his roof no longer leaks. He filed a complaint with the ROC 2018-and the case was reviewed and closed after viewing onsite

the roof was not leaking and did not need to be replaced at the time. The ONLY reason I agreed to replace it was because their representative told me there was an opening on the east side of the roof where rain water would enter, go down the wall and onto the floor of the garage. The bottom line is that their representative lied to me when I was told that replacing the shingles would resolve the problem of the garage flooding during a heavy rain. As far as the complaint that was filed with the ROC is concerned, they did come out and said their authority was limited to inspecting the roof and to make sure that the shingles were properly installed. They said their authority does not allow them to process a complaint against Payne based on fraud and therefore they could not proceed any further. It appears that the Revdex.com is not able to help resolve this matter either. Therefore, should I not hear back from your office in the next 14 days, I will have a formal complaint drawn up to file with the Consumer Fraud Division of the Arizona Attorney General's Office. I want to draw attention to the way Payne does business to help prevent others, especially senior citizens, being taken advantage of by lies being told by their representatives and condoned by management in order to get the job whether or not it is needed at the time.Thank you for your assistance,Jeff [redacted]
