Review: I ordered a product from this company on Sept. 15, 2013 for a total of $20.45. I was billed on Sept. 18,2013 for that amount, and again on September 19 for the same amount. Three telephone calls to this company, along with copies of my email conformation, and two copies of my bank statement showing that I had been billed twice have not proven to to this company that I was overcharged, and even though I was promised a credit back to my account by this week, that has not been done. I have been ripped off, and I am angry. A $12.50 purchase plus $7.95 in shipping for a total of $20.45 has now cost me $40.95. Unbelievable.Desired Settlement: I want my bank card to be credited $20.45 now.
