This company is nothing but a hassle to deal withOver years I used this service, as it was the only option available, to make a few transactions with a gaming serviceToday I tried to perform another transaction, which was blocked by Paymentwall, IncOf which the only way offered to remedy the situation was to provide them with identity sensitive materialWhen I told them my concerns trusting people with personal information their response was "We would like to clarify that it is not our intention to expose your information to any risks" Unnecessarily obtaining information is exactly the definition of exposing information to risksI already had to clarify with *** ** *** that these transactions are me before *** ** *** fraud department wouldn't flag themIf the *** ** ***, the US's 2nd largest banking institution, hasn't notified Paymentwall that the charges are fraudulent why is Paymentwall demanding photo ID and an image of my credit card front and back due to fraudulent charge possibilities two years and almost a dozen transactions later? An earlier response from them was "We understand your concern and we share the same, that is why we have security and precautionary measures in place to make sure that your account information and data is kept confidential and secured at all times." Look at their reviews on here 100% negative, but I'm supposed to take their word for itOn the other hand my word, that I am who I say I am, requires a photocopy of my identification and credit cardMy account with the vendor is in good standing, *** ** *** is fine with the transactions, and I want to make a transactionWhy is some 4th party go between able to deny my transaction and hold my donation ability hostage for ransom of my personal information
I have been using their services to make donations for Black Desert OnlineI'm really impressed on how quickly they respond to my inquiriesI have never seen any other customer service like thatI am really impressed on how they do not just focus on providing excellent customer service, but they also make sure all your payment information are secureKeep up the good work!

Paymentwall is a rip-off A payment I made to another business, processed by Paymentwall, was never credited & Paymentwall to my attempts to contact that scam outfit In short, my card coshows that Paymentwall took the funds from my card, but never paid the merchant I intended to pay in the 1st place Make sure that no payment you make to anyone goes thru Paymentwall I'm reporting Paymentwall to the US & state attorney general

I regularly use the system to pay for in-game currency in Rules of Survival, and I have absolutely no complaintsThe system is convenient, my questions are always immediately answered and shows excellent customer service, and I can be confident that my information is safe!
Why should I need to submit a photo of my passport and credit card to complete a simple online transaction? They certainly had no answer other than to verify my accountThey managed to pend the transaction with my bank, which has been cancelledNever would do business with anybody that uses them as a vendorThey claim they want to prevent fraud yet they want highly sensitive information sent

Payment Wall is the absolute worst company to work withThey keep asking for my ID and my CC numbers front and backI sent them the pictures with the stuff blocked out like I was asked toFIVE TIMES ! The other review below is spot on but misses a key pointThey threaten you via email that if you don't provide a driver's license and photocopy of your credit card they will ban your PAID FOR SERVICE

They back up their clients when they steal your money and don't fulfill their end of the agreementBeware of any merchant using their services
