Review: Company sent out notice of a optional PCI compliant service. Stating that we could choose another third party provider if we wanted. I did not accept their service but was charged the fee of $149.00 for a service that I did not accept. When I contacted the company they told me that they do not owe me anything back and that I should have received the notice of the service. When I said the notice said it was optional, they told me they still would not refund the fee that they took out of my bank account without my approval. To date they will not respond to any of my emails, their phones all go to instant voice-mail saying to just leave a email address, and when on live chat they only tell me to fill out a form so they can email. No one will resolve this issue at all. I have even had to close my bank account due to fraud by this company and have filed a claim through the bank. Paymentmax has yet to respond to anything I have submitted.Desired Settlement: I would like them to refund the $149.00 fee that they removed and to close my account with them without further incident. I would also like them to pay the bank fees that have become associated with the account that they debited from due to overage on their part. I would like this company to admit to their theft of my funds out of my bank account and to provide more accurate details on fees that they plan on removing from accounts instead of saying that things are optional.
