Review: In 2011 I sought the help of [redacted] in securing a loan modification on my house. After 3 years I was not able to get one, so I did a short sale ( Nov. 2014) and has been trying to get my refund since. It is now Feb. 2015, and I have made several attempts with several failed promises. I have received a check for partial payment. He did issue a check for the balance, but that check was returned for insufficient fund. I have tried several time to get him to mail the check for the balance but received empty promises of mailed check which hasn't arrived. I called, I text, I offered to go pick it up but still can't get my check. At first he pretended to forget what our contract was ( that led to the first partial payment). He has been rude and verbally abusive and disrespectful to me and my friend who went to pick up the check for me. Since Nov. 2014 to feb 2015... I am still waiting for my final payment to arrive in the mail as promised x 2Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the balance of money agreed upon in our contract
