Payless Thermo Windows and Doors

I bought a new home and needed a complete set of windows and doors throughout my new home. As a result, I had multiple companies come out to give me an estimate. I can not say enough about my positive experience with the VP Randi. Randi, was extremely knowledgeable about the products and spent hours at my house explaining to me product and showing me samples. He was professional and courteous in all aspects of our dealings. Further, out of the several estimates I received Randi had the best price by a landslide compared to the competitors for the exact same product. I ultimately ended up not getting my windows from Payless Thermo because to do the entire house was extremely expensive and I went with a box store so I could open a credit card and finance it. However, I felt compelled to write a review because of the outstanding customer service and responsiveness I received from this business. Thank you Payless Thermo!

One of the worst experiences dealing with a company in Phoenix AZ. The salesman [redacted], a fast talking "pal" who acts like your best friend while he's got his hand in your wallet and is going to "make you a deal". He sells you on the quality of [redacted] windows and the company and doesn't take no for an answer. Then you wait weeks and weeks for the windows to be installed. Always with an excuse about the truck breaking down, etc. etc. Finally, the installer [redacted] shows up, always with a new guy whose never installed windows or doors before. The doors are the wrong color but you're tired of waiting so you take them, then find out they can't be painted.. the nightmare continues with the billing department who continues charging your credit card every month after you've already paid the bill. I'm so sorry I didn't do my due diligence like I always do and save myself so much aggravation. Really a case of buyer beware. I expect they will just incorporate under another name so do your due diligence with these window companies.
