Payless Newark/Air Travel Car Rental

Review: My girlfriend and I rented a car from Payless car rental at Newark airport in New Jersey at 6:00 PM on February 15, 2015. There, the Payless representative attempted to charge my debit card for the amount of $291, with a security deposit that would be removed of $200. She proceeded to tell me that my card was declined. We then used my girlfriends debit card who is under 25, therefore she had to pay an additional $35 dollars for the underage fee and the additional driver fee. We were told this debit card went through. Upon return of my Payless rental car to Boston Logan Airport, the Payless representative came out to great us. This was at the correct time agreed on and paid for by the rental contract, 10:30 PM on February 15, 2015. He took down our email and told us he would send the e-receipt, which we still have not received. The next day I was called by Payless rental company and told that the account had not been closed. They said they would call back and I have not heard anything since. Later that day my account was charged an additional $335, which was never a fee we had even discussed. This over drew my account. The company won't answer any of their phone numbers.Desired Settlement: Refund of the $335 charge
