Payless Moving and Hauling

Review: I contracted Daniel R[redacted] of Payless Moving and Hauling on 11/17/14 to move one UBox from Easton, PA to Yanceyville, NC. I sent Mr. R[redacted] $450.00 as a partial payment. Mr. R[redacted] has not refunded my money since the move was not completed. Mr. [redacted] was scheduled to pick up one UBox to transport on 11/19/14. There was a mixup regarding the location of this box when Mr. R[redacted] went to pick it up. I have since resolved this issue with [redacted], however, I contacted Mr. R[redacted] several times by email and telephone regarding a refund of the money I paid for the move. I even offered to give him $100.00 for his trouble since the mixup on 11/19/14 at the [redacted] dealership located on Nazareth Rd. in Easton, PA was not his fault. Mr. R[redacted] has failed to refund the money that I wired him to the listed address from [redacted] in Yanceyvile, NC. He refuses to refund the $350.00 I requested mailed to me by money order and he refuses to respond to any communication. At this time I would like a full refund of $490.00 which includes a $40.00 fee to wire the money from [redacted]. I gave Mr. R[redacted] a very favorable recommendation prior to this because of the good service he provided me in the past. I even offered him additional work in the future. I am sorry that the job was left incomplete but I can not pay him for services he has not delivered.Desired Settlement: A complete refund of $490.00 paid by money order to Ms. [redacted], [redacted], Raleigh, NC 27605.
