I just purchased my parents stone and I will recommend this place. I dealt with Danny n Angel and they helped me and when I saw the stone it was beautiful. Thank you so much n I will refer you in the future. You guys did an awesome job my tears came down and I hugged the stone. It was sooo beautiful. Thank you again for helping me with my parents stone. Review: In June of 2014 we paid for engraving on a headstone at [redacted]. We did not receive confirmation that work was completed. In April I contacted the cemetery and a volunteer sent me a picture of the headstone. It had not been engraved. I called Payless and spoke to Angel. He was to complete the work within 2 weeks and send proof via picture that engraving had been done. I called in 2 weeks and left a message and did not receive a return call. This business took our money (over $600) and we received nothing.Desired Settlement: If engraving is not completed immediately (within 3 business days from notice of this complaint), and proof provided via picture sent to my cell phone [redacted] we want a refund of all monies paid, including the permit to have work done at the cemetery.
