.she refused , does not want us to look at it .for us to look into any problem we need to look at the item to determine what is the problem , here say does not work, we can not read minds or look into what the other person is seeing .we need the coat in our hands .please make this happen for us to resolve the problem.thank you

This consumer message was received by Revdex.com staff member ** via phone.The consumer said she sent her coat to the manufacturer about a month ago and the manufacturer asked for 6-8 weeks to determine if they will replace her coat ...or offer her a refund.The consumer said she does not trust leaving her coat with Payless Cleaners and she wanted to be there when the owner examined it, however, the owner would not communicate an agreeable time in which she could meet him at their Cleveland store.
Review: The price posted on the business window in paint was $1.50 per piece for shirt laundry.. I gave them four (4) shirts and received a receipt for same. Later that day upon my return home I put the receipt on my 'fridge and noticed the amount charged was in fact $2.00 per shirt, 25% more than the posted price.. I then returned to the business to inquire why the price change and why I was not informed, the attendant stated the shirts were already sent out to the plant and the reason for the increase was due to some shirts have to be pressed by hand. the shirts are cotton short sleeved sport shirts, plain sport shirts for crying out loud..

I feel the price charged should be the price painted on the window unless otherwise specified. The difference in price should be returned to me and the business admonished as well as penalized for their blatant fraud..
