Payless Cleaners McKinney

A suit jacket I brought in for cleaning was damaged (several holes left in a sleeve). I brought the suit jacket to the Stacy location on October 12th. I was told a claim would be submitted and someone would call me. Several days later, I called the main office location which is the number I was provided: XXX-XXX-XXXX. I was told they weren't aware of the issue but would call me back. I never received a call back. I called again and was told the person I needed to speak with, Abdul, was not available between 12 and 2 because he was praying but he would call me back that afternoon. I never received a call back. I called a few more times with the same result. I stopped in to the original location where I provided the damaged suit jacket on November 12th, one month later with zero response and asked to retrieve the jacket and leave a message for a manager to call me. I was told they could not find the jacket and I have not received a call back.
