Payless Car Rental - Dallas/Fort Worth Airport

I want a refund for an overcharged amount of $for a rental car agreement
A Reservation was made through Priceline for a guaranteed rental amount of $ We declined all extras, and nothing was changed upon pickup or dropoff of the vehicle The amount charged at dropoff was $ I did not agree to pay this or to any extra charges There was no explanation to the extra charges I am currently fighting the over charges in the amount of $ Payless and Priceline have been unwilling to help in this matterMy bank is investigating, but the vendor (Payless) is disputing my dispute, and the credit card company is also being non helpful

Duplicate Payment
Payment was made twice once to Priceline for the Payless Rental Car Co and to the actual Priceline Rental Car company @ the airport
I rented a car from Payless Rental Car Co April XXXX I was charged twice for the same rental car service I made the reservation on line with Priceline Car Rental When I arrived in Dallas TX airport, I informed the clerk the reservation was made on line and my American Express card had been charged The clerk informed me it did not show up in the computer When I returned the car I had to pay with my credit card I paid with the same credit card The credit card company paid $to PLN, Priceline Rental Car rentals on April 26, The same credit card company paid Payless Rental company $on April 30, I have the credit card statements to prove it I paid twice for the same service I have written over letters trying to correct this matter, to date no one has been willing to help me The merchan

I was charged for services I declined at the service desk I was also charged for an empty fuel tank when I returned it full
I picked up my rental car from the DFW Payless Car Rental station on April 21st Different services were discussed at the counter I declined all services When I received my credit card bill I noticed a $charge that was from Payless Upon further inspection it was for all the services I declined and for them needing to refuel my car I brought it back with a full tank on April 23rd No one at the return station checked anything on my vehicle which I thought was odd Turns out I was right
What is even better is when I called customer service on May 6th to resolve this I was asked to call back in minutes because they needed to redo my ticket I instead insisted to be put on hold as I was not calling back The customer service agent completed my ticket and said I would hear back in business days I never did
