Review: I was in the hospital in dec. When I called the store in green bay wi MANY TIMES they assured me as long as when I got another job ( I lost mine due to being in the hospital for a week) That I could refinance and start payments again . I called in feb and they told me As long as I got in there before march 20th it would be fine. So I finally paid off my hospital bill and got a job full time again. I wanted to start payment and they told me forget it now I was going to get sued!!! ALL I wanted was to work with them and make my payments. I had proof I lost my job and went into the hospital in dec/jan. Now I got a court paper case number [redacted] and they want me to be there but I CAN NOT TAKE the day off from my new job to go to this! I have called MANY TIMEs the [redacted] number given and was on hold for 30 mins at a time.. I finally got a voice mail and left MANY messages that I would even let them take it right from my debit card each payday . NO ONE EVER GOT BACK to me and Now this week the court will be going and All I wanted to do was to make this right! I have NEVER had a problem with the law etc... SO I feel that pls is very hard to work with and the employees lied to me on the phone many times. I have been scammed and am not going to take this.Desired Settlement: I would be happy with a call or email that would let me know what is going on and them FINALLY getting back to me! I have tried over and over at the above 1877 number and want to work this out with a payment plan.
