falsely accused me if stopping payment to them so they canceled my account.  2. I provided them with the asked for signed letter from the manager of my bank stating that I did not stop payment. I have an email from the customer service rep from the company stating that she spoke to him on the phone and it is confirmed that I DID NOT stop payment. 3. So they ended my contract for something I did not do, have proof I did not do it, acknowledged that I did not do it but they are still trying to keep most of the money I paid them even though they are no longer providing the service which is a breach of contract.  I demand a full refund of my money. Nothing less is satisfactory or will be accepted.

previously stated to us, that you didn't want to make your last payment because you are assuming the lenders are closed. The lenders that you have are opened and we work with them daily for numerous clients, however, we never stated you will not receive a refund. We are waiting till your last payment is cleared to send monies back to you. Assuming that the last payment will not clear your refund will be $1208.92. If your last payment does clear it will include. The second sheet shows the exact amount you have paid which includes all program costs paying a total of $3596.47.

In reference to the complaint listed below, [redacted] enrolled in our program on March 7, 2016. At that time and till her request to cancel, we have worked on her file and had sent out settlement offers to all of the lenders enrolled. When the client had requested to cancel, we sent back her remaining funds available in her [redacted]’s escrow account . As stated in our contract, we are only subjected to send back the amount in escrow if client is wanting to cancel. Unfortunately, [redacted], breach her contract when she had requested to cancel after she was unable to defer her payment. She had called in to late and the payment had already begun processing in [redacted]’s system. Client became upset and belligerent to my customer service representative, in which, we will not allow a client to use profanity of any manner. We repeated asked client to please calm down, but was unwilling. We are not accusing you of stopping payment, however, your continuation of mistreatment will not be tolerated as you have continued to be demanding of what we need to do. You havent listened to us at any point throughout our conversations.No more of a refund will be returned.
