Poor Communication with Customer and Lack of Documentation I contracted Payday Freedom to assist me with payday loans I wanted to consolidate and pay offI have made to date payments of $I have repeatedly asked by email for information detailing the disposition of the funds withdrawn from my accountNeither Darryl [redacted] nor Mario [redacted] have provided this informationI have sent numerous email requestsI was promised a review of my account by Darryl which never cameMario left me a voicemail stating one loan wanted a lump sum payment so they have received no money yet and that he was still trying to negotiate with the other after I have already made a number of paymentsI was able to get Darryl to respond to my emails by sending them to ***@paydayfreedom.com but received no responses by emailing them directlyI emailed my intention to terminate the account and rescinded the power of attorney I gave themDarryl responded with a very curt and non-detailed email

I paid in full May 4th and my accounts are still showing as delinquent Neither *** or *** will answer my emails
I signed up with Payday Freedom and was able to pay my debt off early I was told that all of my accounts were paid in full, but there has only been account paid Neither *** or *** will respond to my emails requesting proof of payment so that I can get my title back I have called and am given the run around

I completed my payment plan on payday loans with Payday FreedomI got a letter saying I owed nothing else
Last September, I entered the payment plan to pay off payday loans with Payday Freedom, originally at $every two weeks, with my debit cardI eventually moved it up to $every two weeksOn October 21, 2016, I completed the program and was sent an email by my counselor Mario Melendez a letter stating that I had completed the program and the information for my debit card would be destroyed and I would no longer be having the $taken out of my accountYet on November 4, 2016, $was once again taken by ARC America, the company that Payday Freedom usesI spoke to Mario Melendez last Friday, and he said it would be reversedAs od Monday November 7, I did not see the funds credited back to my account and again I spoke to Mario MelendezHe assured me it had been reversed and that I would see it in my account on Tuesday, November 8, or Wednesday, November 9,

I had called Payday Freedom and let Mario know I wanted to cancel my account with themI have emailed several times for my refund of $1,
I have called and emailed both Mario, and Daryll ***They have not responded to anything and I need my refund that is my money

Company stated a refund was due my wife and I after I submitted bank statement that the refund amount they offer was incorrectNo response back
On August 2, at approx3:pm EST I informed MrMelendez and Mr*** over the phone that I was terminating my contract with payday freedomAt 4:pm EST on the same day I sent over an email to MrMelendez stating once again in writing that my wife and I were both terminating our relationship with this company effective August 2, I received an email confirmation from your MrMelendez that he forwarded the email to Mr*** and to processingMrMelendez informed me to follow up with Mr***At 6:pm EST on the same day I sent an email directly to Mr*** stating once again that my wife and I were ending our relationship with payday freedom effective immediatelyI also stated that I wanted all excess monies that have not been applied to any of our loans returned back to us immediately

I was hoping that PayDay Freedom was going to help me get out of debt as they said, but all they did was take my money
When I signed up with PayDay Freedom to help me with my payday loans they were very attentive and couldn't wait to get me signed up and start taking my money every weeks At first it was ok, but then I thought I would call some of the places they were working with to see how it was going and I was basically scolded and told I could not do thatI understand there is a process and it takes time to do their job but I thought they worked for me so shouldn't I be treated with a little respect? I kept getting conflicted answers, when I could get a reply at all from Payday Freedom, and what my loans were saying as far as payments being sent Payday Freedom insisted over and over that they sent payments and basically I should get off their backs when the lenders were telling me no, we haven't received anything I asked for proof SO MANY TIMES and was never provided an
