The new message to pay your bill on paycell is terribleI never received a confirmation message, from them or my phone company but they did take my money from my cardI messaged them and the "admin" said all they could give me was a refill and didn't answer any of my questionsThen today I called them nine times and didn't answer, tried to recharge again on the phone this time, HUNG UP ON ME and didn't even tell me if they had taken the money awayI did give all my information so I'm sure they didI've messaged them five times on their "live support" but no one is messaging backThis company absolutely [redacted] !!! Really upset over the service
