The new message to pay your bill on paycell is terrible. I never received a confirmation message, from them or my phone company but they did take my money from my card. I messaged them and the "admin" said all they could give me was a refill and didn't answer any of my questions. Then today I called them nine times and didn't answer, tried to recharge again on the phone this time, HUNG UP ON ME and didn't even tell me if they had taken the money away. I did give all my information so I'm sure they did. I've messaged them five times on their "live support" but no one is messaging back. This company absolutely [redacted] !!! Really upset over the service.
