Rented a apt at *** on the presence of moveing in, got a uhaul truck full of my furniture to move in the unit and the key would not work the management never called or responded to my text messages, I asked for my money back by Text message $1265 and moveing expenses since I couldn't get to move in, I made a payment of $1265 on 8-6-20, I made a verbal notice of refunding my money and moveing expenses, I am sending a sighed written statement to cancel my contract, all this is in the 3 day period of cancelling my contract, I still have not gotten a response from PAY MY RENT LLC (management) for THE WALL LAW FIRM who is the owner of said property
I am responding to the customer concern letter we received today, ID# ***.***, who was moving into 6*** St the day she called you, had an issue with her lock and keys, we responded to her text within an hour letting her know how to turn the lock so the key will work correctly. She still resides in the unit to this day and has not requested a refund.Thank you for your time
