both verbally agreed to this. When we were on job site  I informed [redacted] I had extra asphalt to spare and suggested to use this on his driveway. The extra asphalt would bring the original patch from 450 square feet to 1350 square feet. mr rivera verbally agreed to the extra asphalt and larger patch of 900 square feet for an extra $1000 which he agreed to giving $800 of this on the 1st of the following month (NOV). the total cost of the job with both extras that [redacted] agreed to now totals $5000. On completion of job [redacted] gave me $4200 (remaining balance of $800 to be payed nov 1st) however due to substantial issues that [redacted] has caused over the remaining balance I am willing to relieve him of the $800.
