I purchased 4 different hats to give as Christmas presents last year. All 3where made extremely well. Everyone loved there custom made animal hats! It is a year later and all the hats are holding up nicely. They were all delivered in the time fram given. I am actually in the middle of ordering one for my daughters birthday in Feb 2015. She was so sad not to get one Christmas 2013. I hope all goes as well with this order too!

Very similar experience, poor customer care.

Wonderful products but it does not help that when you make a complaint with them about receiving the wrong product and them pretty much agreeing with you through email via pictures only for them to turn around once you have shipped the items in question back saying your claim was false. It's just really fishy. If you shop with them be careful about any complaints you might have they will threaten to refuse any future service because of 'false accusations'. If you do have any complaints it takes forever for them to get back to you as well in the beginning.
