I am so sorry for thisThis Power washer was fired on Monday because we did have a issues last week tooWe can give your money back or I can have Aaron who has washed for me for year's (your top guy) he was washing a large job for the passed two week and should be free next week to rewash youI'm so sorry and this is not how we do businessWe wash a lot of house every year with a 98.2% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION! What I would like is for Color World to send someone to reclean my house and include in that cleaning the porch railings both front and back. Dear Revdex.com, There was some misunderstanding and confusion in handling the warranty painting/repairs of *** ***’s home. After we had originally addressed the issues of bad wood in the spring of we have found more wood that needed to be replaced. Our carpenter went out and created
an estimate for what needed to be done. He sent that to us but it never made its way to the homeowner until September of 2017. We had been waiting to hear from the customer on approval to do the work and she was waiting on us to do the work. This is why there was a little bit of round around in addressing the bad wood. Since this complaint we have been in contact with the homeowner and are planning on addressing this once the weather changes to acceptable exterior repair/painting weatherColor World Housepainting

First off I apologize on what happen and I'll talk with our team... We did have some changes going on in our office last week and I see I still need to clarify who is doing what... Aimee (Who is the receptionist) should never be telling any customer what the schedule "maybe"... Shell first day was...
Wednesday last week in her new roll at the office and WE NEVER LET THE POWER WASHER SCHEDULE ANYTHING!!! This is why... My top PW who has PW for me for the last 18 years was washing a condo complex and I'm sure the girls were just trying to keep John (My 2nd PW how is good but young and new to us this year) busy last week. I am sorry and this is not how we do business. We have washed 300 plus jobs this year already with 98.9% customer satisfaction. If you would like your house power washed we'll do it for $100. Please let me know, and I'll have the office schedule it "the right way" for you and not just try to work you in as a rush job... Again so sorry.
