We have had three very pleasant meetings with ***, the first time was to measure the roof, second to go over the original quote, third to take notes on the revisions we needed in the quote But this is where the frustration starts Golden Rule insisted on meeting in person each step which would have been fine but each one of these meeting was cancelled at the last minute by Golden Rule Rescheduling the meetings was also a challenge We have now been waiting a while for Golden Rule to present the revised quote but there has been no contact As a result we have decided to have the job done by another company

We requested a quote for a new roof - company response was same day and work completed the following weekend - owner was professional, personable, polite, informative and our new roof was completed as agreed - Price was very competitive and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Terrible staff. They will leave your dog locked up for extended hours when your paying them to let your dog play with others. Injuries occur often and they don't care. Just a horrible place to take a family pet.
