scheduled grooming appointment, that professional grooming takes a minimum of hours to perform and even longer with dogsShe left the dogs in our care and agreed to come back when we called herIt was her decision to come to the resort hours after dropping them off for their appointments and demand her dogs in the middle of their grooming processShe was flipping out and swearing at us to release her dogs even though they were not completely groomedShe totally agreed to pay the full groom price to take your dogs before they were finishedWe are still totally confused by her actionsWe take pride in our grooming department and the professional pet care specialists that have a life time of pet careDue to her actions we informed her that we must refuse her for any future services in our facility.Sincerely,Sue K***, owner
