I had a conversation with *** *** and worked things out with herI had a employee
not come back to work that day And was training a new employee, also my daughter Olivia
was out having her baby and it was Easter week the
busiest week of the yearI explained to *** that we don't run our business that way and I was sorry for the pain I caused to her beloved petsI refunded what she asked for, her expenses for the vetand also reversed charges for medicationI mailed her a check for the exact amount she asked for and said when she got the check she would withdraw her complaintI wrote her a check on 4/11/and *** cashed the check on 4/15/

MrP*** and I had a conversation over the phone about the situation and condition of my dogs during the stay at Paws Awhile KennelsIt is unfortunate that this situation occurred, because we have used them in the past twice and have been very pleased with the care of our dogsMrP*** and I did reach a monetary arrangement and restitution to the complaint filedHe was truly sorry and upset about what occurred to my dogs during their stay at his facility
