The customer was distinctively advised that the process would not last the typical amount of time due to her sparse eyebrow hairs. On average, eyelash extensions can last 3 weeks. [redacted] has a very minimal amount of hair in that area. She was warned repeatedly of the premature risk at hand, but...
decided to follow through with the process regardless and was charged $30 for the service. 2 weeks later [redacted] returned for the same service reporting no issues at that time. As a show of good faith I am more than willing to offer her another eyelash enhancement for free, or return the cost of the previous one.
