business with Pawnbaun. After discussing the options available, either buy my watch or send it back, we both agreed to a settlement arrangement. I have received funds and pawnbaun will be keeping the watch.
[redacted] really took the time to talk with me, after feeling like I was initially given the run around. He explained that the information I was told and various things were not handled correctly by a new hire employee. NOT only did [redacted] help fix my situation but also offered additional services and savings. He apologized, was extremely curtious and sincere about the importance of his customers to his business.
