and left the store. He came back to the store after leaving and informed our associate manager that the device was not powering up. We did some minor diagnosis as well as tried other power cords to see if this would solve the problem. After, no success, we suggested that he have a qualified technician repair the problem and we would pay for the repair.[redacted] told us he had insurance on the product and that he would get it repaired or replaced.
