an item is having issues within thirty days. We offered this option to him. However, he wanted cash back. On our receipt it's states that no cash refunds will be given. We offered to buy the unit back for half the price and Mr. [redacted] agreed to the amount of 60 dollars. During the time that my manager ([redacted]) was helping Mr. [redacted] he was extremely professional and courteous towards him.
