After reviewing this complaint our position is as follows. Customer came in to re-pawn some jewelry. Customer brought jewelry in a envelope that was given to the customer by us when previous pawn was redeemed. At this time the clerk asked...

customer if all the items in the envelope were identical to previous pawn. Customer informed the clerk that items were not the same however there was a heart pendant. Customer plead with clerk to lend her the same amount as previously. Clerk agreed to make the same loan without the same collateral since customer had pawned and redeemed on 14 previous occasions. Loan was mistakenly printed as a re-pawn of previous loan with incorrect items listed. (Rings were not in envelope but a heart pendant was). Our position is therefore that when the Customer redeemed the items they actually received 100% of the actual items that were pawned.
