Long on Promises, Short on Delivery:
We were quite disappointed with the quality of work done by Paw Paws Landscaping. Part of the work they were hired to do was a flagstone patio in the backyard. The final result was so bad that they decided to tear it all out and begin laying stones again. At this point, we were strongly inclined to finish with another company. We might have allowed them to finish the job had the project manager, ONeal communicated better with us and been more accommodating to our concerns. Instead he pushed very strongly that he be allowed to continue work on his timeline. We lost confidence in him and his company and parted ways without the job being completed. After paying half of the project estimate up front, but with less than half of the work done, we feel justified in our decision to go with another company. We have since completed our project with a different company with a much better experience. The new company has pointed out several serious deficiencies in Paw Paws plan and execution which would have caused us serious problems in the near future had we allowed them to complete our patio.
