Ms [redacted] called during Thanksgiving week when the office was closedOur understanding is that she contacted Revdex.com because we did not respond right away because we were closed for the holidayWe sent an employee out to her home and repaired her drivewayOur takeaway was that we repaired it to her satisfaction and considered it taken care of and closed

I did stop by and take a look at the driveway November is our last month of working for the year we was very busy and did not have time to get out there to rectify the problem I responded to [redacted] every time he text me and/or called me i've been out of the office for over days our company does not reopen until March at that time I will schedule to have his driveway repaired and for all inconveniences I will seal coat his driveway at no charge my apologies we will have the problem rectified I just wasn't able to do it on his schedule

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is not satisfactory to meI received the paid invoice, but never received the warranty as claimed by Mr***

I am rejecting this response because:The repairs were never completed I am unsure if he is mistaking us with another customer but the repairs have not been done nor has he replied to our phone calls and text messages We contacted Paving Solutions to advise them of our complaintDespite indicating that they would come to fix the approach issue, they never contacted us or made the repairs I have pictures of the approach which wasn't completed We also have pictures of the SW corner of the driveway which shows that it now floods when it rains This is due to improper slopingIn addition I have a copy of the text messages in which I advised him of the faulty work and provided the pictures All of this information was submitted to him but the repairs were never completed despite the fact that we already paid the invoice in its entirety to have the driveway done For some reason I am having significant difficulty uploading the pictures and text messages I am forwarding in a separate email and hope that you can place in the record with this responseRegards, [redacted]

I try to reach out to you the other day after I seen there was a complaint you guys were closed for lunch hour and I didn't have time to call back I was very busy working I've been in constant communication with [redacted] and even offered for him not to pay the balance of $that is still owed to paving solutions for all of his inconvenience his driveway is complete there is just a little bit of warranty work that needs repaired that I'm having a hard time to get scheduled I've responded to every complaint with Revdex.com and you people still give me a bad rating that I don't appreciate

John R***, Sales Manager, returned Revdex.com's call following up on complaint and said that he had sent the consumer another copy of her invoice and warranty papers via email and she has opened and read it

Hi *** I told you last night in the email we would be out there today we've been in touch with each other i've sent *** out there twice I don't know what else you're looking for I'm rectifying the problem and I'm getting the driveway sealed just as I said is there any thing else I can do for you let me know thanks

HelloI disagree with how you noted this closure. I emailed earlier that I am uncomfortable closing this when they havent done the work although if they actaully do the work, their resolution is accaptablePaving Solutions have not been honorbale as it pertains to their promises so why are you closing this and they havent done the work yet??They said they would do it in May and I havent heard from them at allI will undoubtedly have to reach out to them and start the whole process again to get them to complete the work.I have used Revdex.com before and was never pushed to close a complaint before it was resolved. I would like this moved to a higher review as I want this to remain open this month to see if they really do the work as they promised

We can make the repairs in May when the temperatures are consistent in order for the repairs to be done properlyIt is difficult to give an exact date at this moment

11.6.17 Revdex.com received notification from Jon R[redacted] that he has addressed consumer's concerns.

I have been out of the country without access to my email and received notification the complaint has been closed and I am unable to provide a response to the business, so I am sending an email instead.The response from the business is acceptable, if they actually follow through with completing the repairs in March, 2017 and seal cote the driveway at no additional cost. If the repairs and seal cote are not completed by April 15, 2017, 30-days from start of the season of March 15, 2017, then at that time my only recourse will be to obtain legal counsel.Kind regards, [redacted]
