We've made multiple to resolve various lingering issues within our apartment but our leading office has been unable to address them in a timely manner
We have made multiple service requests with the leasing office for various issues within our apartment, however they have been callously ignoring or denying them. We have issues with rain in our apartment, bugs, different appliances, the toilets, and possible mold but nothing has been addressed. We have spoken to the leading manager on multiple occasions and she has consistently misled us into believing that she will come out to out apartment to document the issues. She has not shown up once, and instead has one of the leasing agents call us to relay another excuse as to they have to postpone.
