Pavilion is the only place I take my car for Oil Changes and Washes. They are a locally owned business with an amazing staff. The owners are generous and kind people who are involved in the local community. I trust them.

What excellent customer service!.. I took my car to be washed and when it was finished, I got in and noticed that my computerized key was broken. The plastic housing was split. When I tried to get the key out, just the plastic came leaving the mechanism in the ignition. I called over one of the guys and showed him the situation. They immediately called over a manager, who also happened to be the owner. He looked at the key housing and when they got the key out of the ignition, put it back together, but was concerned that the car would start and I could safely get home. Without my even asking, he told me to contact Lexus and he would pay for a new key. I told him that I knew they were very expensive, about $250 and his reply was, "that's ok, this happens". He told me to go to Lexus and have their cashier call and they would cover the bill. If he was not there, he would let his managers know so that they were aware. Wow! I was truly taken back by the great customer service, which unfortunately seems to be missing from so many places these days. I will definitely bring my cars here again and highly recommend this business to anyone who will listen. Thank you so much for the "no stress" service!
